🏠 We managed this whole refurb project for the landlord, modernised and upgraded the property — boosting the rent from £610 to £825/month, adding around £20,000 to the property value.

The project from start to finish lasted around 8 weeks and the property was occupied straight away with a new quality long term tenant!📈🔑

🌿 We recently completed a full outdoor transformation that completely revitalised this property’s garden.

🪵 First, we focused on the fences, gates, and decking, carefully repairing, preparing, and painting them to bring a fresh, clean look and long-lasting protection.

🌱 Once the boundaries were refreshed, we turned our attention to the garden itself. We carried out a complete lawn renovation:

•Aerating and scarifying the grass to remove thatch and improve soil health

•Planting new grass seed for fuller, stronger coverage

•Watering frequently over the next month and applying fertiliser to give the lawn all the nutrients it needed

✨Over the following weeks, the lawn grew into a lush, bright green carpet that completely lifted the appearance of the outdoor space. The end result was a garden that feels brand new — fresh, vibrant, and welcoming.

Refurbishment included: Modern grey exterior paint for a fresh, contemporary look. 🎨 New internal paint throughout to brighten and refresh the space, wooden flooring downstairs and plush new carpets upstairs. A brand new kitchen and bathroom for modern comfort along with stylish sliding wardrobes.

🌿🌱 This is one of our most recent landscaping and lawn renovations projects.

We cleared away loads of mud and weeds, then laid limestone chippings on top of a weed proof membrane to create a level, practical outdoor space.

We carried out a full lawn renovation (still ongoing but already showing big improvements), and we gave the sheds and fencing a fresh coat of paint to really brighten everything up. The transformation has turned the garden into a clean, tidy, and inviting space that can now be properly enjoyed by the new tenant.
